As an instructor, you find that many times it is the simplest tools that work the best in trying to convey a concept or feel. Trying to explain how something should feel to a student is almost impossible. What I look for in a training aid for whatever I teach is a tool that allows the student to feel the correct motion when done correctly - not forces. We learn best by our mistakes. A training aid that forces your body to move in a certain manner without being able to see mistakes is not ever going to teach the feel or the correct move.
