Though we would all like to think that nothing goes wrong with our product the reality is that it does. Warranties in the golf industry have always been hard for the consumer or the retailer to execute. That is why Clubmaxx designed what we call the Clubmaxx Customer 1st Replacement Warranty. This Limited Two Year Warranty is the only one of its kind in golf. If you discover a qualifying defect in the first two years Clubmaxx will replace your bag. Your only obligation is to be sure to activate your warranty at time of purchase. You may activate your warranty on the form below or by mailing the warranty registration form that came with your bag. If you have any questions about your warranty please call 877-334-6091.

LIMITED TWO YEAR WARRANTY

Coverage: Clubmaxx Golf Bags, LLC warrants all its golf bags purchased from authorized retailers or its distributors to be free of defects and materials or workmanship for the period of two years from the date of purchase. For the first year, Clubmaxx agrees to replace any defective bag or PCH System, with the same or similar model only, at no charge to the registered owner or its authorized retailer or distributor for replacement product or shipping. In the second year of coverage, the owner is responsible for all shipping costs to and from Clubmaxx Golf Bags, LLC.

What is not covered: Clubmaxx does not warrant its products against damage caused by a third party, paint scratches or blemishes, fading or other normal wear and tear.

How to submit: You must obtain warranty service by returning the registered product along with the retail proof of purchase or warranty registration information to any authorized Clubmaxx retailer or by contacting Clubmaxx Warranty Department direct at 1-877-334-6091.
